On May 5, 2019, country music artist Ben Klick will host a concert to benefit the MS Society of Canada, a non-profit organization focused on helping those afflicted with multiple sclerosis. The May 5th concert will include sets by Ben Klick as well as Juno award winner, Jess Moskaluke.
The benefit concert hopes to raise over $50,000 for MS.
We talked with Ben about the concert and his family connection to MS. In the video clip above, Ben also provides an acoustic sample of one of the songs he plans to sing at the concert – ‘Today’.
Multiple Sclerosis, or MS, is an autoimmune disease that attacks the myelin sheaths that surround neuronal axons. Symptoms vary with (and within) each patient but can include extreme fatigue, poor coordination, impaired sensations, cognitive impairment, and mood changes.
