In an exclusive interview with Zeal Access, the CEO of Health Partners, Eileen Dooley talks about the organization and the millions of dollars they have raised for the 16 charity members. As Dooley states in this interview, Health Partners represents about 87% of Canadians that are going to be impacted by one or more chronic condition.

One of Health Partners’ programs is ‘Small Steps’ that educates employees about their own behaviour and how such behaviours can put them at greater risk for a chronic condition. The program focuses on people taking ‘small steps’ to change their unhealthy behaviours. The organization also educates employers about the importance of mental health as well as providing employees with a healthy work-life balance.
